Shipping within USA
We ship our products through USPS First Class, with an estimated shipping time of 2-3 days for orders in the continental USA. Depending on our scheduled load and that of USPS, we are not always able to ship orders on weekends and holidays. Please allow one day for processing. Shipping glass is a delicate task. MIME Glass Protectors are triple encased in our custom packaging to make sure the protector is in perfect shape when it arrives at your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our international orders via USPS International mail. According to USPS timetables, it is estimated that international orders take around 2-4 weeks for delivery, and orders shipped to Canada are estimated to arrive 1-2 weeks after they are placed. This estimate is also dependent on the speed of the destination country’s postal service as well as any customs procedures that might delay delivery. All International orders will come with the complete retail package. Please note that international orders may take an extra day or two to process due to customs paperwork.
Damage Replacement Policy
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your MIME Screen Protector or bumper is damaged at any time, we will offer a 40% discount off the retail value on the same product purchased, no questions asked as long as our glass is in production. Please send us a message with the subject “REPLACEMENT (product name)” [example: REPLACEMENT MOTO X GHOST] and your order information through our contact page and we will be glad to assist you.
We currently accept payment through PayPal. Simply add the intended item to the cart and enter in shipping information on our site. You will then be redirected to Paypal to complete your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
30-Day Worry Free Returns
If you are not happy with your product, we will do our best to make you a satisfied customer. Due to the nature of glass screen protectors, our products are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee only if package has been unopened and the two security seals undamaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item with no damages in its originally packaged format, we will reimburse you the original purchase cost. Please send us a message on our contact page for more details.
How will I know if my item has been shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your order information and order number. During this time it is being processed. When your order ships, you will receive a second email, stating that your order is now completed. At this time, it has been shipped out and en route to the destination address. You may also choose to use the order tracking function on our site. Simply input the email you used to place the order as well as the order number to obtain your status.
I sent in a question to Customer Support, how long will it take to receive a response?
Most messages sent through our contact page will be responded to within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Our hours are 9am to 5pm.
Small bubbles under the glass
Press and firmly hold down air small bubbles for 30 seconds that remain 36 hours after the application of the Ghost or Feather Glass. Bubbles caused by dust require the dust to be removed first before the bubbles can be cleared.
Cleaning the glass
Our Ghost and Feather Glass protectors are treated with an oleophobic coating to decrease the attraction of fingerprints to the glass. While this coating offers fingerprint resistance, it still requires occasional cleaning. Using window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays or solvents diminishes the effectiveness of this coating. Our glass is best cleaned by simply using the microfiber cloth provided with our package.
